Everywhere I go in town, I am asked the same question: “How’s the market?”

The answer is pretty simple:  Getting better.  Do we have a ways to go?  Yes.

According to this article: Finding Bottom, several things have to happen before the market fully recovers.

First, we must have a better employment rate.  People obviously can’t buy homes when they don’t have jobs.  In February, the Lincoln Times posted this article, but I’ve heard some success stories around the office for some families.
